Nicholas Tortora

Nicholas Tortora is a Structural Engineer II at General Dynamics Electric Boat since July 2020, specializing in the design and analysis of submarine tanks, trunks, bulkheads, and pressure hulls. Prior to this role, Nicholas worked as a Project Engineering Intern at R.M. Towill from June to August 2019, where responsibilities included designing field changes and writing RFIs and NCRs for a construction project. Nicholas gained initial experience as an Engineering Intern at R.M. Towill during the summer of 2018. Nicholas holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University College of Engineering, earned in 2020.
