Aaron Kumar

Aaron Kumar has worked in the automotive industry since 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Customer Service Consultant at BMW Group, during which they offered premium customer service to BMW customers and found resolutions for a range of customer enquiries in regards to sales and after sales. Aaron was also a Connected Drive specialist, operating the system within all BMW vehicles. In 2019, they began working as a Sales Executive at Volvo Group, where they welcomed customers to the showroom, sold new and used vehicles, and prospected for customers. Aaron also worked at LeasePlan as a Fleet Management Executive from 2019 to 2021, where they were part of a team of four people that managed the Ministry of Defence account, liaised with drivers and fleet contacts, and managed the ordering, maintenance and upkeep of the fleet. Finally, they have been a Customer Operations Specialist at The Electric Car Scheme since 2022.

Aaron Kumar has a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from BPP University, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
