Electric Cities of Georgia (ECG) is a non-profit organization serving 52 public power members in Georgia. ECG provides strategic and technical services to our members to maximize the performance of their utilities and, to a greater extent, create successful communities with economic prosperity and opportunity.
Our services include Engineering & Energy Services, Training & Safety, Joint Purchasing, Aggregated Services (e.g. bidding on Tree Trimming, Meter Testing, and Pole and Padmount Inspection), Pole Attachment Services, Hosted Solutions (cloud-based software to handle Inventory, Work Order/Fixed Asset Management and Outage Tracking), Analytical Services, Legislative & Regulatory, Economic & Community Development, and AMI Smart Metering project management.
