Brittany Kaplan

Brittany Kaplan has held several roles throughout their career. Brittany worked as a Manufacturing Engineering Consultant at Ford Motor Company from June to August 2015 before moving on to IBM. At IBM, they began as a Business Consultant in Global Business Services Enterprise Applications from August 2016 to October 2018. Brittany then became a Senior Consultant in the same department from October 2018 to January 2020. After that, they worked at Qualtrics, where they held three different roles, starting as a Customer Success Manager in the Enterprise Midwest from February 2020 to November 2021. Brittany was then promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager with the same portfolio from November 2021 to May 2023 before becoming a Principal Customer Success Consultant in Enterprise from May to June 2023. Currently, Brittany is working as a Sales Business Development professional at Electric Era, starting in June 2023.

Brittany Kaplan obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan, where they attended from 2012 to 2016. In 2015, they attended the Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici and completed coursework in Workplace Psychology and Social Psychology. In terms of certifications, they obtained several from IBM, including the titles of Cognitive Practitioner and Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner, as well as others such as Financial Markets Industry Foundations and Watson Conversation Service Foundations, obtained in various years from 2017 to 2019. Brittany also obtained a certification in Oracle E-Business Suite 12 Supply Chain Implementation Specialist in 2018.
