Xin Jing has worked in various roles since 2008. Xin began as a Research Assistant at Harbin Institute of Technology in 2008. In 2010, they became a Teaching Assistant at Marquette University. In 2012, they were a Product Development Summer Intern/Co-op at Regal Beloit, where they were involved in an in-depth study of 3-phase electric machine theory and application of concepts in real world machine performance. Xin also designed and updated program code to accurately model 3-phase electrical induction motors. In 2013, they joined General Motors as a Motor Control Calibration Engineer and a Motor Control Algorithm Design Engineer. Xin is currently working as a Sr Manager - Control System Development at ELMS: Electric Last Mile Solutions since 2021.
Xin Jing attended Marquette University from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. Prior to that, they attended the Harbin Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2010, where they earned a Master's degree in Control Science and Engineering.
