Donald Whitfield is an experienced sales engineer with a strong background in telecommunications and network design. Currently, Donald serves as a Sales Engineer at Allstream, focusing on hosted Mitel services, ELAN/ELINE, MPLS, SIP, and Internet services since March 2017. In addition, Donald has been with Electric Lightwave as a Premier Sales Engineer since January 2015, specializing in customer fiber systems and Ethernet services. Previously, Donald held the role of Sales Engineer III at Integra, providing consultancy for both private and public networks, including hosted voice and cloud security solutions. Earlier career roles include various sales engineer positions at XO Communications and management of the telecommunications department at Promark One. Donald's education includes studies at Wayland Baptist University.
