Electric Miles
Arun Anand is the founder and CEO of Electric Miles. Arun has over four years of experience in the energy sector, with a focus on distributed energy and power.
Anand began their career at Centrica in March 2016 as a business architect and IS programme manager. In this role, they led the Super 60 Agile EV program, which delivered electric vehicle tariffs in 60 days. Arun also delivered the Data Lake platform in 2019 and the Business Capability model in 2018. In 2017, they successfully migrated from legacy applications to MS Dynamics R3.
In 2020, Anand left Centrica to start Electric Miles. Electric Miles is a virtual power plant that enables customers to generate and sell electricity on the open market. The company has raised £1.5 million in seed funding and is currently operational in the UK.
