Rodney Ward

Rodney Ward serves as RCPM Project Manager at Electric Motor & Contracting Co., Inc since April 2023. Prior to this role, Rodney accumulated nearly nine years of experience in the US Navy, where responsibilities included managing a work center of 32 technicians and overseeing maintenance of submarine electrical distribution and safety systems as EMN1 Work Center Supervisor. Additionally, Rodney served as a prototype training instructor during the last year of the MTS 635 Operational training period. Earlier roles included managing a team of four electricians aboard the USS Ronald Reagan, where over 200 maintenance items were addressed, and serving as a Fireman from 2013 to 2014. Rodney completed education at Nuclear Power School under the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command from 2014 to 2016.
