Eric Yakley

Eric Yakley has over 20 years of work experience in various positions. Eric began their career in 1997 as an IT Creative Services Manager at Kirshenbaum Bond Senecal + Partners. Eric then moved to Starbucks in 1995, where they held the roles of Store Manager, Certified Manager Trainer, and Barista Trainer. In 2000, they became an IT Manager at Publicis Sapient, and in 2003 they became an IT Senior Lead at PBC. In 2008, Eric moved to PECI as a Sr. IT Manager, and in 2014 they were appointed Sr. Manager IT PMO at CLEAResult. In 2016, they became a Technical Project Manager at Ideum, and in 2018 they were appointed Technical Director at Storylab, Inc. Most recently, in 2019, Eric was appointed Chief Technology Officer at Electric Playhouse.

Eric Yakley holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from The University of New Mexico, which they obtained in 1994. Eric also holds a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in September 2015. Additionally, they hold an ITIL Foundation certification from The Official ITIL Accreditor; The Cabinet Office, which they obtained in February 2013. Finally, they hold a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
