Simone Seagle

Interactive Developer at Electric Playhouse

Simone Seagle has a wealth of professional experience, beginning in 2006 when they worked as a Mineral Physics Technician at the University of Chicago. Simone then moved on to the James Frank Institute as a Condensed Matter Physics Technician in 2007, followed by a Contracting Assistant role at AXA Network in 2009. In 2008, they took on the role of Medical Physics Technician at the University of Chicago Hospitals. In 2012, Simone became the Assistant Director of Space Science at the New Mexico Museum of Natural Simone'story and Science. Simone also held a Graduate Assistant role at New Mexico Highlands University from 2016 to 2022. Finally, Simone worked as a Freelance Software Developer for Tangerine Development from 2016 to 2022, during which time they designed and programmed a multitouch table kiosk interactive for the National Museum of Nuclear Science and Simone'story, built a WordPress site for a New Mexico non-profit, created an interactive vocabulary game using Vue.js, and developed a large-scale web application in PHP using the Laravel framework. Since 2022, Simone has been an Interactive Developer at Electric Playhouse.

Simone Seagle obtained their Master's degree in Software-Driven Systems Design from New Mexico Highlands University between 2013 and 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts with General Honors in Physics from The University of Chicago between 2005 and 2009.
