Alex Gupta

Alex Gupta is a Low-Carbon Fuel Safety Specialist at EPRI since December 2022, previously working as a Nuclear Process Engineer at Los Alamos National Laboratory. With a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Engineering, Alex has conducted research on fuel cell testing, corrosion mechanisms, hydrogen evolution catalysts, and more. Alex has a strong background in analytical chemistry, engineering, and safety review projects related to low-carbon fuels and hydrogen production. Prior experiences include roles as a Graduate Research Assistant and Laboratory Technician at various institutions.
