Dave Olack

Dave Olack is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the power generation sector. Currently serving as Principal Technical Leader at the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) since December 2017, Olack previously held key roles at AREVA Inc., including Project Engineer and Lead Responsible Engineer for the Hope Creek RRP VFD Project. With foundational expertise as Site Engineer for the Fukushima FLEX Project at AREVA NP/SGT and Project Engineering Manager at SGT, Olack has contributed to important initiatives in several organizations, including ComEd and Duke Engineering & Services. Olack holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Point Park University and an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University-Penn State Beaver, complemented by early education at Aliquippa High School.
