Nazila Rajaei is a seasoned professional in the power systems engineering field, currently serving as a Technical Leader at the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) since November 2021. Prior to this role, Nazila Rajaei worked at Hydro One from April 2015 to October 2021, focusing on special studies related to reliability, strategies, and compliance. Academic experience includes positions as a Teaching Assistant, Graduate Research Assistant, and Sessional Lab Instructor at the University of Waterloo from January 2011 to April 2015, as well as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at the University of Windsor from September 2008 to September 2010. Nazila Rajaei holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Power Systems Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a Master's Degree in Control Systems from the University of Windsor.
