Esther D Bakki, P.E., is an experienced electrical engineer currently serving as Electrical Engineer III at Electric Power Systems since February 2022, having previously held positions as Electrical Engineer I and II. Prior experience includes working as Electrical Engineer II at FirstEnergy from June 2018 to January 2022, where responsibilities included ensuring the coordination of devices to minimize system risks and conducting load flow studies. Earlier roles at FirstEnergy encompassed proposing system upgrades and configuring protection settings for transformer installations. Education comprises a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from SUNY New Paltz and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from GITAM Deemed University. Prior to professional roles, experience also includes graduate and teaching assistant positions at SUNY New Paltz, as well as an internship with Vizag Steel Plant.
