Jesus Chang is an experienced electrical engineer with a comprehensive background in electrical testing and maintenance of power equipment across various roles. Currently serving as a Field Engineer at Electric Power Systems since October 2020, Jesus specializes in executing NETA tests for substations, wind farms, and data centers. Previously, Jesus held positions as an Electrical Testing Specialist at IDUR Representations S.A. in Chile, where responsibilities included testing primary equipment in substations and acting as Product Manager for OMICRON test equipment. Prior roles include Electrical Engineer at TOA Electrical Construction Company, overseeing MV and LV panel installations, and Electrical Test Coordinator at National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) in Venezuela, managing a team of professionals for electrical testing and maintenance across numerous substations. Jesus began the career as a Maintenance Engineer at EDELCA and Project Engineer at PROYECTING – CVG BAUXILUM C.A. Jesus earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad Nacional Experimental Politécnica 'Antonio José de Sucre'.
