Ronald Boniella

Ronald Boniella is a seasoned software engineer with a rich career spanning over three decades in various high-tech industries. Currently employed as a Software Engineer at Electric Torque Machines since July 2012, Ronald has also contributed to MotorExcellence and Honeywell Aerospace, among others, where expertise includes designing electric motors and contracting for aerospace applications. Experience with Southwest Windpower focused on R&D for turbine-based products, while a significant tenure at Elbit Systems of America involved embedded control systems for military amplifiers. Earlier career roles included systems analysis and software development for military communications with Dynamics Research Corporation. Ronald holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
