Espen Holje 埃斯本 is a seasoned technology and business specialist with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the VP of IT & Technology at Electric Way since March 2022, Espen previously held board memberships at TOPRO AS and TOPRO Kompetanse AS, focusing on local brand development and workforce reintegration initiatives. As a co-founder and Chairman of Expozd AS, the mission centered on enhancing workplace health and safety. Espen also contributed to the virtual reality sector as a board member of Vixel and played a pivotal role in establishing NT6 Gjøvik to foster collaboration among academia, public, and private sectors. With a background as Founder and CEO of Escio AS, and their early career experiences include being the CTO at Sulland Gruppen and a product/development manager at Escio AS, Espen's career spans over two decades in technology innovation and management. Education includes studies at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
