David Leary

David Leary is currently the Vice President of Planning & Design Studies at Electrical Consultants, Inc. David previously held the position of Principal Engineer at American Transmission Company and Manager of Engineering & Operations at Kaukauna Utilities. With a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, David has extensive experience in design engineering of substations and transmission lines, as well as operations engineering in the control center.
