James Ryan Kelley

James Ryan Kelley is currently working at Electrical Consultants, Inc. as a Senior Technical Manager and Project Engineer. Prior to this, James held positions at General Dynamics - Bath Iron Works as a Senior Project Manager and Engineering Supervisor. Before that, James worked at Tidewater Marine as a Marine Engineer. James graduated from Maine Maritime Academy in 2007 with a degree in Marine Engineering Operations, B.S., Naval Architecture, and Marine Engineering.
