Larry Gross

Larry Gross is an experienced professional in power system protection with a robust career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Vice President of Power System Protection at Electrical Consultants, Inc. since October 2019, Larry provides leadership and engineering expertise, collaborating closely with various design and construction teams. Previously, Larry founded Relay Application Innovation, Inc. in 2000, delivering specialized electric power system protection services across the United States. Earlier roles include Protection Services Manager at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, where Larry established a new department for protection and integration services, and Transmission Protection Engineer at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, overseeing protection systems for a significant area in northern California. Larry holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Electrical Power from Washington State University.
