Larry Weis

Larry Weis is a seasoned executive in the utility industry with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Electrical Consultants, Inc. since April 2018, Larry manages projects in the utility, petrochemical, and renewable energy sectors. Previously, Larry held positions such as CEO and General Manager at Seattle City Light, overseeing electric utility services for 460,000 customers, and General Manager and CEO at Austin Energy, where significant advancements in renewable energy initiatives occurred. Larry's career also includes a decade as General Manager at Turlock Irrigation District, contributing to substantial growth and project expansions, alongside earlier roles at Pend Oreille County Public Utility District and Snohomish County PUD. Larry's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Western Washington University and a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Seattle University.
