Shaq Tensley

Shaq Tensley, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and business development within the electrical equipment industry. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at Electrical Equipment Company (EECO) since August 2023, Shaq previously held multiple roles at Eaton, including Area Sales Manager and Product Manager for Marina Power & Lighting from February 2016 to August 2023. Earlier positions at Eaton also included Sales Engineer and participation in the Leadership Development Program as a Service Engineer. Shaq’s career began with internships at Eaton and Dayton Freight Lines, gaining vital experience in sales engineering and operational efficiency. Shaq holds an MBA in General Management from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton.
