The Corporate Management & Operations team at EECO is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's internal operations and strategic planning. This includes managing corporate contracts, pricing, and cost assurance; ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of company facilities; overseeing credit and finance management; improving business systems; managing procurement and inventory; driving digital commerce initiatives; and leading customer service efforts to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
