Monty Silva

Monty Silva is an accomplished professional in the field of instrumentation and automation, currently serving as the Senior Instrumentation Manager at Electrical Maintenance Lusaka Ltd since September 2014. Monty's extensive experience includes roles as Project Manager - Automation at Cargills Ceylon PLC, and Service Engineer at J.L. Morison Son & Jones (Ceylon) PLC, where responsibilities included the maintenance and installation of ROCHE analyzers. Previous positions also encompassed project engineering and sales roles at Attotech Systems Engineering and IE Technics, focusing on programming industrial automation systems and promoting product portfolios.
