Dave McKinney

Dave McKinney is an experienced professional in project management and construction estimation with a significant background in overseeing large teams and managing complex projects. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Electrical Works since October 2021, Dave directs a team of 25-30 employees within the Site Development division while maintaining detailed project tracking. Prior roles include Utility Systems Construction Estimator at Weiss Construction Co LLC, Operations Manager at Cimarron Inc., and Chief Estimator at the Florida Department of Transportation, among others. With a career spanning over two decades, responsibilities have included budget management, scheduling, procurement, and oversight of various construction projects across multiple sectors including utilities and transportation. Dave holds a high school diploma from Wildwood High School.
