Prior roles include Utility Systems Construction Estimator at Weiss Construction Co LLC, Operations Manager at Cimarron Inc., and Chief Estimator at the Florida Department of Transportation, among others. With a career spanning over two decades, responsibilities have included budget management, scheduling, procurement, and oversight of various construction projects across multiple sectors including utilities and transportation. Dave holds a high school diploma from Wildwood High School.
