Mike Melby is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the fitness and sport lifestyle sector. As Co-Founder and Co-CEO of FitLab since 2016, Melby drives the company's mission as a performance lifestyle brand. Additionally, Melby holds various leadership roles, including Co-Owner of Cesena Football Club and Co-Executive Chairman of Assault Fitness, renowned for its non-motorized cardio equipment. Other significant positions include Co-Executive Chairman at Electric, Ragnar Events LLC, XPT Life, and RPM Training Co., as well as serving as an Investor and Board Member at Freeletics and a former Board Member at Momentous. Melby's educational background includes an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School and a BA in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley.
