Philippe Debraize

Philippe Debraize is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as Directeur technique / CTO at EDF since June 2022, focusing on electricity production, transport, and supply. Prior to this role, Philippe held key positions at the Ministère des Armées from July 2012 to June 2022, including responsibilities in digital transformation and SAP program management. Experience also includes serving as Adjoint au directeur de l'unité de management Rafale and chef de département PMO at the DGA - Direction générale de l'armement from January 2002 to June 2012. Philippe began his career at Safran, working from July 1991 to December 2001 as an Ingenieur d'affaires for drones and observation systems and as chef de projet for information systems. Philippe holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Mathematics and Computer Science from ENSEEIHT, obtained between 1988 and 1991.
