Stefano Salvatores

Stefano SALVATORES has extensive experience in the nuclear engineering sector, currently serving as Directeur Stratégique de la Design Authority at EDF since January 1994. In this role, Stefano leads the Design Authority for Operational Nuclear Power Plants, overseeing design control and providing technical assistance for the nuclear facilities. Previous positions at EDF include Department Manager and Manager roles focused on nuclear safety and modifications to installations. Prior to EDF, Stefano conducted postdoctoral research at Argonne National Laboratory, working on the IFR reactor project. Educational qualifications include a degree in Hydraulics and Nuclear Engineering from ENSEEIHT.
