Bill Stockman has extensive experience in the electrical industry, starting as a Journey Lineman/Crew Leader at Tampa Electric. Bill has since held various managerial positions at Modesto Irrigation District, Cheyenne Light Fuel & Power, King County, and Seattle City Light. Bill's responsibilities have included budgeting, planning, ensuring safety and compliance, managing storm restoration events, developing policies and procedures, and representing the companies with various agencies and groups. Bill also holds an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management from University of Phoenix.
