Louise Grace-Pickering

Louise Grace-Pickering is an experienced communications professional currently serving as a Senior Communications Advisor at the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade since October 2023. Prior roles include Senior Communications Advisor for ACC New Zealand and Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand, as well as a Senior Communications and Engagement Advisor at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. Louise also has extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, having worked as Stakeholder Engagement Manager at the Ministry of Health New Zealand and in various communications roles at the Ministry of Social Development. Additional experience includes project management at the McGuinness Institute, operations management at Simply Energy, and a background in IT and analysis at GSK. Academic credentials include a BA (Hons) in Political Science from the University of Canterbury and a Master of Information Studies from Victoria University of Wellington.
