Helen Godsil

Helen Godsil serves as the Knowledge Management Lead for IT Delivery and the IT Graduate Programme Strategy at ESB since March 2023. Prior to this role, Helen Godsil accumulated extensive experience at HSBC from June 2008 to November 2022, where roles included Manager of Business Training & Development and Business Trainer for Accounting & Valuations, alongside positions as Assistant Manager in Accounting & Valuations. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Fund Accounting Supervisor and Senior Fund Accountant at HSBC and PFPC from May 2001 to April 2008. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Business Studies Management from Trinity College Dublin, an MSc in Strategic Learning and Development from Dublin City University, and various certifications such as a Diploma in Adult Learning & Development from University of Galway and a Prince2 Practitioner in Project Management.
