Manzoor Alam

Manzoor Alam is an experienced engineering professional specializing in generation protection. Currently serving as Senior Engineer at ESB since October 2023, Manzoor previously held the position of Deputy General Manager at K-Electric from July 2015 to November 2023, with prior roles including Manager and Protection Engineer. Manzoor's career at K-Electric began as a Protection Engineer (Assistant Executive Engineer) from January 2008 to January 2012, focusing on power transformer testing. Prior experience includes a role as Protection Engineer at Saudi Engineering Group International, responsible for testing and commissioning substation equipment from March 2012 to July 2015. Manzoor holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from NED University of Engineering and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Sciences and Technology.
