Michelle Anne Reid possesses extensive experience in customer operations and human resources within the energy and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Customer Operations Manager at ESB Innovation since August 2017, Michelle leads a team focused on delivering energy solutions that significantly reduce costs and carbon emissions for large businesses in Ireland. Prior to this role, Michelle was the Operations Manager at Cylon Active Energy from December 2013 to August 2017, where responsibilities included ensuring operational excellence for a global energy monitoring solution. Earlier experience includes positions as Head of HR & Administration Services and HR Generalist at Cylon Controls, alongside administrative roles at Intel Corporation and in the pharmaceutical and banking industries.
