Niall Sharkey

Niall Sharkey is currently a Senior CAD Technician at ESB, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Niall served as a Senior CAD Technician at Fehily Timoney and Company from May 2021 to September 2023, and as a CAD Technician at McArdle Doyle from April 2020 to May 2021. Niall also gained experience as a Civil CAD Technician at Waterman Moylan Consulting Engineers and as a CAD Technician at Duffy Chartered Engineers, with positions held between March 2019 and March 2019, respectively. Previous to this technical experience, Niall co-owned Simple Cafe and worked as an English Teacher at Aston English School. Niall holds a Bachelor of Science in BIM (Digital Construction) from TU Dublin - Bolton St., along with various certifications in BIM, CAD, and Building Surveying from multiple institutions, including Dundalk Institute of Technology.
