Richard Cresswell

Richard Cresswell is currently the Trading Competency Centre (TCC) Team Lead at ESB since March 2023. Prior to this role, Richard served as the Head of Infrastructure at the Health Service Executive from November 2019 to February 2023, leading IT infrastructure initiatives. Richard's experience at ESB includes a position as a Business Application Consultant from December 2013 to November 2019, providing application support and first-line support for servers and applications. Richard's earlier roles include Infrastructure Engineer at Independent Newspapers, Senior Systems Administrator at AIG, Group Systems Administrator at NBJ Holdings Limited, and Systems Administrator at Brown Shipley, demonstrating a strong background in IT support and systems administration. Richard holds an education from Kingston College, completed in 1998.
