Richard Sachen

Richard Sachen is a skilled Project Development Manager at Electrify America, overseeing the installation of Electric Vehicle DC Fast Chargers since September 2021. Concurrently, Richard serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at Santa Rosa Junior College, teaching Construction Management. Previous experience includes serving as a Supply Chain Project Manager at Encoded Therapeutics Inc., where Richard built high-performing teams and drove organizational change, and as a Project Manager at Scheidt & Bachmann USA, Inc., managing installations of electric vehicle chargers at major airports. Richard founded Sunspeed Enterprises, Inc., an electric vehicle charger company, established new vendor and product management practices, and has experience in materials management and new product introduction from working at Xandex Inc. and Ladybug Electronics. Richard holds an MBA in Management from Santa Clara University and a BS in Construction Management with an emphasis in Architecture from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
