Sandeep Desale

Sandeep Desale has extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Sandeep began their career at Mastech in 1996 as a Solutions Consultant. From there, they moved on to Rapidigm, where they served as a Senior Solutions Consultant, working with J.P. Morgan Delaware, USA, on their Risk Management System solution.

In 2000, Desale joined TIBCO as a Senior Engineering Manager. During their tenure, they managed the development of products in the area of Enterprise Application Integration, focusing on Fortune 500 companies in various industries. Sandeep also played a crucial role in raising market awareness for the company's Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) horizontal product line through road shows, conferences, and webinars. Additionally, they participated in pre-sales solutions architecture for various sales engagements.

Desale then transitioned to Polaris Software Lab in 2010, where they held the position of Vice President. Following their time at Polaris, they pursued a postgraduate program at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, from 2009 to 2010 as a PGPX-Student.

Continuing their career progression, Desale joined VMware in 2014 as a Senior Engineering Manager. Sandeep subsequently took on roles as Director of Engineering and, finally, Senior Director of Engineering. Their responsibilities at VMware included leading engineering teams and guiding the development of advanced technologies.

Most recently, Desale joined Ford Pro Charging - powered by Electriphi in 2019, where they initially served as a Technical Advisor. Sandeep currently holds the position of Head of Engineering, in which they oversee the engineering operations of the company.

Sandeep Desale has a rich educational background. In 1987, they began their undergraduate studies at the University of Mumbai, where they pursued a degree in an unspecified field of study.
