Denny Leitch

Denny Leitch has extensive experience in process engineering, currently serving as a Process Engineer at EMCom Inc. since August 2018 and holding a long-term position as the SMT Process Lead at ZF Group since May 1985. Denny possesses a strong background in PCBA manufacturing and lead-free processes, with 25 years of hands-on experience in Surface Mount Technology. Denny has been instrumental in generating SMT programs, supporting maintenance staff, and conducting failure analysis of customer returns. Moreover, Denny has led electronics manufacturing operations to meet automotive quality standards, actively participated in the hiring and training of maintenance technicians, and developed training procedures for production associates. Education was completed at Auburn.
