Darcie Frohlich -

Darcie Frohlich, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Electro Static Technology, an ITW Company, since April 2024. In this role, Darcie is a key member of the leadership team and focuses on HR Strategy, Organizational Design & Effectiveness, Talent Management, Employee Development, Employee Relations, and enhancing Employee Engagement and Organizational Culture. Prior to this, Darcie held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner at Central Maine Healthcare from April 2019 to February 2024, where support was provided to client groups in enhancing leadership and team member relationships. Darcie also served as Director of Human Resources at System Logistics Corporation from January 2009 to December 2018, managing substantial HR budgets and leading corporate restructuring efforts. Earlier experience includes roles at Diamond Phoenix Corporation, encompassing management in Human Resources and Event Planning. Darcie holds a degree from the University of Maine at Augusta.
