Claude Mc Master

Claude Mc Master has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. In 2003, they became the President & Chief Executive Officer of D-BOX Technologies, a publicly traded company focused on motion systems. Claude also served as a Member of the Board of Directors for D-BOX Technologies from 2003 to 2020. From 2017 to 2020, they were a Member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee for Réseau QG100. In 2018, Claude joined Electrobac as a Strategic Coach. Since then, they have held multiple positions, including Strategic Coach at CONFORMiT and Guest Speaker at the Institut sur la gouvernance (IGOPP) and the Institut de leadership en gestion. Claude also served as a Strategic Advisor for Réseau QG100 and a Member of the Board of Directors for CONFORMiT. Currently, Claude is a Board Member, Strategic Advisor, and Coach for Technology, Entertainment, Manufacturing, a Coach en stratégies for ACET Banque Nationale, and a Member of the Investment Committee for Innovation and Venture Capital at Fonds de solidarité FTQ.

Claude Mc Master's education history begins in 1980, when they enrolled at Université Laval and pursued a degree in Finance/Marketing. Claude completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.A.A.) in 1983.

In 1984, Claude undertook a Certificate course on "Cours commerce des valeurs mobilieres" at Bourse de Montreal.

Continuing their education, they attended Polytechnique Montréal from 1984 to 1988, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (B. Ing) in Industrial Engineering.

Claude then advanced their studies in the same field at Polytechnique Montréal from 1988 to 1990 and completed a Master of Engineering (M.Ing) degree.

In 1992, they pursued a Certificate in Business Law at Université de Montréal, specializing in the area of Business law.

Moving forward, in 1999, Claude participated in two executive programs. The first was at Harvard Business School for Global Financial Management, followed by an executive program at INSEAD for Advanced Corporate Finance.

Lastly, in 2008, Claude attended the Institute of Corporate Directors and received a degree in Business Administration and Management, General, specifically a designation of ICD.D.
