Steve Read is the Managing Director of The Helix Consultancy, a role held since October 2000, specializing in leadership and change programs, coaching, and skillset facilitation for a diverse clientele. Currently serving as Senior Chief of Staff at Electrochaea, a company focused on renewable energy technology, Steve collaborates closely with executive leadership to enhance organizational capability. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Chief of Staff and People Coach at Charles River Laboratories, where Steve provided leadership coaching and support, and as CEO of Adair International Ltd, where expertise in Action Centred Leadership was applied to assist global businesses. Earlier positions encompass roles at Secure Inventories Ltd, Learning Curve, Malpas Flexible Learning, and LK Global Hospitality, spanning management, training, and consultancy. Steve holds a Master's degree in Employment Relations from Coventry University and a degree in Hotel Management from University College Birmingham.
