Stephane Cailleau is an experienced product development and quality management professional. Currently serving as Product Development Manager at Electrolux Laundry Systems since July 2014, Stephane leads the product and architecture design team while managing project execution in terms of cost, quality, and time, alongside resource allocation and budget optimization. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Philips Consumer Lifestyle, where project assignment formulation and stakeholder consultation were key responsibilities, and Outsourced Products Project Leader at Groupe SEB Moulinex, focusing on project goal definition and team collaboration.
