Alexandra Lemaire Croci

Alexandra LEMAIRE CROCI is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Country Human Resources Manager and HRBP for Business Units Coffee & Dynamic Preparation at Electrolux Professional Group, since December 2019. In this role, Alexandra leads all HR aspects for the Coffee and Dynamic Preparation divisions and manages industrial relations in France. Previously, Alexandra held the position of French HR Manufacturing Manager, overseeing the HR organization across all French manufacturing plants while aligning with Manufacturing Directors on people strategies. Alexandra's career also includes roles as HR Manager at Virbac, where responsibilities included acting as a Global HR Business Partner, and various HR development roles at INTERSPORT GROUP, Jardiland, FAFIEC, and Opcaim. Alexandra holds a Bachelor in Business Administration with a major in Management from UTV and a DUT in Retail from Université Toulon La Garde.
