Annalisa Silvestri

Annalisa Silvestri is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources information systems (HRIS) and global payroll management. Currently serving as the Head of HRIS & Global Payroll Lead at Electrolux Professional Group since October 2019, Annalisa has held various significant roles in multiple organizations, including HRIS Manager and HRIS & Project Manager. Previous experience includes positions at INNESTI by Open Innovation, Luxottica, OTB, and internships in HR payroll and administration. Annalisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Labour Law Consultant and Administration from Università degli Studi di Verona and has completed a Master's program in HR Camp | Valorizza le prospettive and a program from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) in London.
