Ricardo Rossato

Ricardo Rossato currently serves as the Head of Sales BA Food UK&I at Electrolux Professional Group since August 2025. Previously, Ricardo held multiple roles at RATIONAL AG, including Business Development Manager KA - Rat UK and National Sales Director - Rat Brazil, where responsibilities encompassed field sales in Brazil, customer relationship management, and the development of sales strategies. Ricardo co-founded several startups in the foodservice industry between 2014 and 2016, including Bonae Alimentos, and also served as a Banqueting Chef at Hilton Worldwide early in the career. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from the University of East London (2024-2025) and a degree in Food and Technology from Waltham Forest College (1999-2002).
