Amy Rauch

Amy Rauch is an experienced instructional designer and educator currently employed at Electrolux since June 2022. In addition to this role, Amy has served as an adjunct instructor at Tiffin University since April 2015, teaching graduate and undergraduate students in a virtual environment while focusing on enhancing student engagement and comprehension. As a contract instructional designer, Amy collaborates with educational teams to develop curriculum aligned with accreditation standards. Previously, Amy worked as a learning specialist at Alorica and as a career services advisor at Brown Mackie College, where responsibilities included job readiness and career counseling. Amy’s career began at Lincoln Financial Group as a sales delivery associate, where process improvements were implemented to enhance productivity. Amy holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Argosy University Chicago and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
