Belinda Zhu

Belinda Zhu is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as the Director Head of Global Workplace, Infrastructure, and Collaboration at Electrolux Group since May 2020. Belinda's key responsibilities include driving IT service management process improvements and enhancing employee experiences. In addition, Belinda has been a pivotal figure in various roles within Electrolux IT, including leading a complex project focused on the divestiture of the Professional Sector and managing IT financials as a business partner for Home Care and SDA Sector. With a background that includes over a decade at IBM Sweden, where Belinda excelled in project management for SAP implementations, and prior experience at Ericsson, Belinda has demonstrated expertise in ERP solutions, program management, and cross-functional collaboration.
