Emma Laurentz

Emma Laurentz is an experienced design professional with a robust background in service design across several notable companies. Currently serving as the Design Lead for Service Design at Electrolux since April 2021, Laurentz previously held roles as a Service Designer at H&M and as a Producer/Senior Service Designer at Doberman. Prior experience includes a Design Manager position at Philips Design and various service design roles at 31Volts and Transformator AB, where Laurentz also managed project teams. Laurentz holds an M.Sc in Industrial Design Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, complemented by an M.Sc in Industrial Design from Politecnico di Milano. A notable academic achievement includes a master's thesis focusing on user experience and service design, specifically aimed at improving the emergency waiting room at Karolinska University Hospital.
