Malin Ekefalk

Malin Ekefalk possesses extensive expertise in social responsibility and sustainability, with a career spanning over two decades in leadership roles at prominent companies. At Electrolux, from May 2011 to September 2019, Malin served as Director of Social Responsibility, overseeing the implementation of human rights initiatives, ethics programs, and community investment strategies, including the Electrolux Food Foundation. Currently, Malin holds the position of Head of Social Sustainability at Electrolux Group since April 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director of Corporate Responsibility at AstraZeneca from January 1997 to April 2011, contributing to the development of corporate responsibility initiatives. Malin's academic background includes degrees in Business & Economics from Uppsala University, Natural Resources & Environmental Economics from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, and Human Rights and Business from Middlesex University.
