Tiago Oliveira

Tiago Oliveira is currently a Simulation Ecosystem Specialist at Electrolux since January 2023. Prior experience includes serving as an HPC Developer and Performance Engineer at SENAI CIMATEC from November 2019 to January 2023, where the focus was on parallel code development and optimization in scientific computing using C/C++ and Fortran. Tiago also worked as a Teaching Associate at UFBA - Universidade Federal da Bahia from February 2019 to February 2021, responsible for planning and teaching undergraduate courses in numerical analysis and various programming concepts. Additionally, Tiago held the position of High Performance Computing Researcher at SENAI CIMATEC for a brief period in early 2019, further refining skills in HPC. Previous roles include IT Manager at Nauticomar all inclusive hotel & beach club, overseeing server administration and network design, and a Trainee at TecnoJr, where module systems were developed using PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL. Tiago holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from UESC and a Master's degree in Computational Intelligence and Optimization from Universidade Federal da Bahia.
